Dr. Lukavsky is passionate about cosmetic and aesthetic surgery of the body and specializes in breast augmentation, breast lift (mastopexy), and abdominoplasty and abdominal contouring. In addition, Dr. Lukavsky has a devotion to massive weight loss surgery and expertise in fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty, thighplasty, and brachioplasty in addition to several other body procedures.
He then decided to pursue additional specialized surgical training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Dallas, Texas at the University of Texas-Southwestern and Parkland Hospital. During Dr. Lukavsky's training, the University of Texas Southwestern was ranked as the number one Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency program in the nation and continues to be one of the top training programs in the country.
In addition to being a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Dr. Lukavsky has authored numerous research articles, has been active in the American Society of Plastic Surgery Resident Curriculum Development Committee and Aesthetic Subcommittee, and is a manuscript reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
