This patient was 55 years old at the time of her procedure and her primary concern was the slope between her chin and neck. She felt like this area was “aging” faster than the rest of her facial features due to her individual genetics and Dr. Moynihan agreed. He achieved her results by performing a deep plane facelift and submental platysmaplasty (necklift). Her “after” photos were taken 4 months post-procedure. Between the procedure and the "after" photos, she also underwent several nonsurgical skin treatments to improve tone and texture.
