This patient was 58 years old at the time of her procedure. She desired a more rested, rejuvenated look without appearing "surgical". She underwent an upper blepharoplasty with a temporal brow lift to restore a more youthful lid and brow position which allowed more light to highlight her eyes. A lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to the hollows and CO2 laser resurfacing achieved a smoother under-eye contour which more accurately represents her physical health. She additionally underwent a modified deep plane face and neck lift with platysmaplasty to reverse natural aging and restore a more aesthetically pleasing resting expression. She additionally wanted to improved the region around her mouth- this was achieved with a surgical lip lift which shortened and feminized her smile. Finally, CO2 laser resurfacing was performed around the mouth region which enhanced her fantastic result.  These photos were taken six months following surgery.
