This 57 year old woman was unhappy with 'jowling and laxity'. Her surgical plan included a deep plane facelift with modified platysmal muscle tightening which resulted in the contouring of her jaw line and improvement to her neck silhouette. An upper lift lift was included in the plan to help match the intended youthful jawline (elongated upper lip is another sign of aging). Finally, CO2 laser was used to improve the overall fine lines around the mouth. These results are consistent with a natural, healthy look and lifestyle.
