This 50 year old patient desired a more rested, youthful appearance to match her healthy lifestyle and her overall energy. She underwent a deep plane face and neck lift with submental liposuction which improved her neck contour and reversed the squareness of her face. The result is a more heart-shaped frontal view which is synonymous with youthful femininity. The region around her mouth was impacted by an elongated upper lip and downturned corners of her mouth which was addressed with a lip lift and the deep plane facelift. Her low brows were improved with both an endoscopic and temporal browlift which preserved her natural brow shape and reduced the heaviness of her brows. Her photos were taken six months post-operatively.
