This patient underwent five rhinoplasties with outside surgeons which resulted in cosmetic asymmetry, pinching and nasal airway breathing difficulty. The revision rhinoplasty included reconstruction of the functional airway to improve her breathing. Her photos were taken one year after her procedure.
